I Am The River And The River Is Me

The flow of the river as a metaphor for life and how I associate the meaning of water with life in general. The river flows in us as blood, as water, as memories we take with us. And if we come across an obstacle we manage to go around it, just like a river searches its way through the landscape. The river has different segments and chapters, each which are applicable to an episode of human life. A river starts small with a spring moment, just like being born, and along the way the current picks up experiences and small particles with its flow, which later set as residue. The river ends as well, as life does the same, it ends up at shore. The whole flow shapes us who we are, the river is a life’s vein that runs through us all.
